Each additional bedroom (in hotel) is £150 per week (which includes upto 2 extra people) and each extra person is £30 per week.

Third floor: flats A,B,C,D,E,F,G,H, & I Second floor: J,K,L,M,Q,R,S & U First floor: P,X & Z.

Flats Q and R have en-suite showers and no bath, flats S and X have a family bathroom with bath and en-suite showers, all other flats have baths with no showers.

All charges quoted are inclusive of VAT at 17.5% and are subject to alteration if the rate changes. Minimum charge for part-week period (applicable to all the figures) is 4/7 weekly rate. A baby under one does not incur additional person charge.

Extra bedroom is offered as an additional to a reserved flat to assist with sleeping arrangements, but if it is used to increase the number of persons associated with the flat beyond the number included, additional persons charge will also apply.
